Delivery Policy

Gift deliveries are timed to coincide with the restaurant reservation or hotel check-in provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring reservation details (restaurant, date, time) are accurate at checkout.

GiftToTable coordinates delivery with vendors and venue staff to ensure timely arrival, but we cannot be held responsible for delays due to incorrect reservation details, venue restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Refunds & Returns
Because each GiftToTable order is customized and delivered for a specific date and time, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns once an order has been prepared or delivered.

If there is an issue with your order (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), please contact us within 24 hours at info@gifttotable.com, and we’ll work with the vendor to make it right.
Cancellations & Changes

Orders may be modified or canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled reservation.

After that, changes cannot be guaranteed as vendors begin preparing gifts in advance.
